SUGAR BOWL RESORT WINS NATIONAL SKI AREA ASSOCIATION’S 2009/10 “BEST OVERALL GUEST SERVICE” AWARD
(Donner Summit, CA) – The National Ski Area Association has announced this year’s winners for Best Overall Guest Service Program, and Lake Tahoe’s Sugar Bowl Resort has taken top honors for resorts in the 100,000 – 250,000 visits category. Long recognized for its attention to the guest experience, Sugar Bowl welcomes the recent accolades from the ski resort industry’s trade association, representing 329 resorts nationwide that account for more than 90% of total skier and snowboarder visits in the United States. “A huge honor, indeed” said Sugar Bowl’s director of sales and marketing John Monson. “We very much focus on guest service as a key differentiator in the Tahoe ski resort market, and this award is great recognition for every Sugar Bowl staff member that strives to deliver an exceptional resort experience for our skiers and riders, each and every day of the season.” Sugar Bowl will be recognized and presented with the award at this year’s NSAA National Convention and Tradeshow in Orlando, Florida on May 3rd.
