Hello snow shredders,

Alpine Meadows Ski Resort received another 12+ inches of snow at the beginning of the week, and the skiing and snowboarding is at an all-time high. Attached is a panoramic photo of today’s weather, which is sunny with no wind.

Friday, April 18- Sunday, April 25 – Summit Express all day, Sherwood Express in the morning, Scott Triple chair in the afternoon
Friday, April 30-Sunday, May 2 – Summit Express from 9am – 2pm
Friday, May 7 – Sunday, May 9 – Summit Express from 9am – 2pm
Friday, May 14 – Sunday, May 16 – Summit Express from 9am – 2pm


Live music is scheduled every single weekend, and upcoming spring events include:

Saturday, April 17: Ice Bar Beach Party – bottom of Sherwood Express chair from noon-3:30pm; free.
Sunday, April 18: Community Benefit Day – adult all-day lift tickets for $25 at the window; proceeds benefit Truckee/Tahoe nonprofit organizations
Saturday, April 24: Annual Snow Golf Tournament – summit-to-base golf, skis and snowboards mandatory; clubs and tennis balls provided (bring own clubs if picky); free to enter.
Sunday, May 16: Annual cult classic, Mad Cow Downhill – 1 ski heat, 1 snowboard heat; top to bottom downhill. Winners receive a 10/11 pass; helmets required; free to enter.
